one-on-one training

Choosing 1-on-1 fitness gives you an allotted time alone with your trainer who will customize your fitness plan for you. Whether you want to lose weight, gain some muscle, increase your endurance or meet any other goal, your trainer will help you make it happen.

Low Impact Steady State (LISS)

Steady-state training is the opposite of HIIT yet, at the same time, is complementary to it. It involves maintaining a specific heart rate below your target maximum for an extended period of time.

Maintaining a steady state of aerobic output forces the body to become efficient at pumping oxygenated blood through the body. A constant steady state also helps the body burn fat for fuel and also is less chance of injury.

abs, core & mobility

Mobility designates exercises that will increase your range-of-motion and your stabilization, or control of the muscles that surround each joint. Mobility isn't the same as flexibility, though it is close. Animal movements are designed to improve your overall range of motion through mobility in addition to building strength. Animal movements require you to support your full body weight, which is why they can be used for strength training.

strength & Conditioning

S&C is the selection and use of dynamic or static exercises to improve physical performance. It involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance. S&C aims to improve strength and endurance, reduce the incidence and severity of sport injuries, and to improve technique and overall performance. It is beneficial for people of different ages and abilities, e.g. can help older people maintain and improve their health and quality of life.
